Baby-faced assassins

Junek looks in good shape as we
approach the money
Full stomachs tend to up the aggression and so its proved here at Corinthia Towers, where a pair of poker's new breed have helped trim the field of 10 players in a short time.

First we stopped by as Tomáš Junek put an end to an opponent's Day 2 with a slice of good fortune. The money had gone in pre-flop before the soon-to-be-victim showed QQ to trump his native rival's 55.

The flop looked harmless enough, coming 4♥&3♥J♦, but the 6♥ on the turn handed the bigger stack plenty of outs, with the river completing the turnaround care of the 7♣.

Meanwhile David Huspeka, continues to swell his stack at the far side of the room. The PPT1 Prague champ has already cashed during this festival and is on track to repeat the trick in the Main Event.

We caught the end of his latest big hand, as his set of Jacks triumphed vs the AQ of a medium-sized stack to send yet another player to the rail.

Just 16 players stand between our remaining field and the money now, so we'll need our baby-faced assassins to continue their work if we're going to make it to the Players' Party tonight!
