It never quite felt like Stefan Karlsson's day and so it proved, as the cards continued to turn their back on him right 'til the last.
Reduced to a short stack, the Swede raised pre-flop with 77, was called by the small blind and three-bet by the big blind.
With a large pot finally within his grasp, Karlsson made the call hoping to find himself in a heads-up race with AK - but instead found KK blocking his path.
There was no help on board for Stefan, leaving him some 17 place shy of the money and crucially for our Fantasy Poker entrants, the points as well!
