Laszlone Ranger

I got very excited for a moment when I found aforementioned big stacks Manuel Blaschke and Luis Maria Martinez involved in a pot. But there was a third player in the hand as well, and when it got to showdown it turned out that this third player's A-J triumphed over the both of them on an Ad Qd 2c 4s Kd board, and our former chip leaders each took a small hit.

I say former chip leaders because over in the smoking room where just one Main Event table now remains, a gigantic stack has become apparent. We don't know how she got them all, or indeed much about her at all, but Mrs. Laszlone Balics is in possession of 110,000 chips. That's around three times the average stack at the moment, and a good 30k clear of her nearest rival.
