Great to see defending champion Aleksandar Abutovic has joined us to defend his title here in Barcelona.


The local player took the glory when last we were in town, with pocket Jacks giving him happy memories of the ParadisePoker Tour.


Aleksandar made a deal that day, taking home €27,000 but he clearly valued the trophy - and plans to defend it with vigour this weekend.


"I live in Barcelona so this is my local casino - this is my castle!" he grinned as we caught up with the champ before play started.
