Thursday night's action at the Card Casino Prague saw ten players rewarded with a seat in today's €125,000 Guaranteed Main Event.
96 players anted up for the €20 Rebuy tournament and with 10 seats guaranteed, the action was fiercely contested and the prize pool swelled to €7,400.
Among the players qualifying for big one were local celebrity Pavel Novotny, who goes by the nickname the Butcher of Baden. The Czech player lived up to his name, slaughtering the opposition to claim one of the seats.
Three players had bought in directly and so exchanged their satellite winning ticket for a bankroll refund, leaving ten players to celebrate their success.
Meanwhile, the €200+20 PLO was also played on Thursday night, with Mark Slaběňák and Andrey Fedash splitting the top prize in a deal.
Super Satellite Qualifiers
Zbynek Tuma, Ladislav Masek, Zdenek Kúdela, Denis Karpuk, Token Tosha, Pawel Odor, Artem Borisov, German Jesus Carrasco, Ivan Buchbauer, Pavel Novotny
