Good Things Come in Pairs

The blinds move relentlessly forward - we've just moved into Level 7, blinds 200/400 with a 50 ante. There'll be a break at the end of this level, and then we'll return for the last level of the night.

Two new chip leaders have emerged, and curiously enough they're sitting next to each other. Manuel Blaschke (on the left, in the purple number) and online qualifier Luis Maria Martinez (the other chap) have around 80,000 apiece, dwarfing the stacks of everyone else at their table. With 189 players left and the average stack at roughly 30,000, they're looking pretty good at the moment. But this is of course no limit, and if the two of them clash, we could yet see their big stacks consolidate into a single über-stack by the end of the night...
