Day 1a down to 38

Just 40 players remain on Day 1a and the average stack is now over just 28,600.

The blinds are eating into players' hopes across the four remaining tables in level nine, with 400-800 topped by a 50 ante.

    Struggling to find them so not holding too much hope! We'll know for sure when the end of night chip count is in.

    In the meantime if I stumble across them, I'll be sure to ask for bad beat stories, great plays undone on the river and so on! Sound good?

    Hullos... I've tracked down your Nobelll Poker players (they say hi!) and only Marcus Hein remains.

    He has around 24bbs on 29,000. Average is 43,600.
